We have experienced two cases of congenital pulmonary atresia with intact ventricular
septum in brothers at the Department of Pediatrics, College of Medicine, Yonsei University.
One of the two cases, 4 months old, was associated with patent ductus arteriosus and atrial
septal defect. The other case, 4 8/12 years old, was associated with tricuspid insufficiency and
patent foramen ovale.
